Before You Buy
Will it suit us, how long will it take, and is it really a download.
Which ages does a book suit?
Each title says its age range on the product page, and the range is about the child, not the reader. Blend & Go is written for school-age children from about four upwards.
If your child is younger or older than the range on the page, write to us with their age and we will tell you honestly whether the book fits. We would rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong thing.
Is this a physical book or a download?
A download, straight away. Nothing is posted and there is nothing to wait for. You get a PDF the moment your payment clears, and the link lands in your inbox.
Every printable comes in both A4 and US Letter, so it prints correctly whichever paper you keep in the drawer. No printer, no problem, the book reads on a screen too.
How long does it take to read?
One sitting, usually. Titles run 30 to 60 pages and every chapter ends with something you can do today, so you will not lose a week to it.
On the weeks when even that is too much, print the printable pages and skip the rest. That is exactly what they are for.
How do I know it will work for us?
Read the free Weekly Prep Planner first. It costs nothing, and it is a real page taken from one of our books rather than a teaser written to sell you the rest.
If that format suits how you cook and shop, the book will suit you. If it does not, tell us and we will point you at whatever does.
Your Download
The file, the paper sizes, printing, and what happens on a phone.
What format do I actually get?
A PDF you download the moment you pay, and nothing that needs shipping. Every printable comes in both A4 and US Letter, so it prints correctly whichever paper you keep in the drawer.
If a title ever includes a file you did not expect, write to us and we will sort it.
Can I print the same book more than once?
Yes you can. You have bought it, so absolutely yes, print it as many times as you like. This week, next term, every Sunday for a year.
One copy is for your own household. Please do not resell it or pass the file on to anyone else.
Can I read it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. It is a PDF, so anything that opens PDFs will open it, phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader.
Most readers keep the book on a phone in the kitchen and the printables in a drawer by the printer. Both work, and neither needs the other.
What if I lose the file?
Write to us and we will send it again. Once you have bought a title it is yours, and a lost email should never mean buying it twice.
Bundles & Titles
What is on offer right now, and how buying works.
Is there a bundle?
We are continuously working on it, this bundle thing, and what we have changes as titles land. Have a look at the latest bundles on the shop page first, that is always the up to date list.
If you would rather pick single books, that is completely fine. Every title is sold on its own as well.
Can I buy just one book?
Yes, every title is sold on its own. A bundle is there if you want to spend less, not because you have to take three books you do not want.
Do you update the books?
If a recipe or a page genuinely improves, we update the file and email you the new version. You are not charged again and you do not have to ask.
Trust & Safety
Where our advice comes from, and where it stops.
Is any of this medical advice?
No, and we will never dress it up as something it is not. We are a publisher, not a doctor. Our books cover general parenting ideas and recipes. Anything about your own child belongs with your paediatrician, doctor, midwife or dietitian.
How do you check the advice you print?
Everything is written from established, mainstream guidance, and anything health adjacent is reviewed by a qualified professional before we publish it.
Recipes are tested in a real household with real quantities, and we tell you where the guidance came from rather than asking you to take it on trust.
What if my child has an allergy?
Always check the ingredient labels yourself, because recipes and brands change. If your child has an allergy, a medical condition or a specific dietary need, talk to your paediatrician or dietitian before you cook anything from a book, ours or anyone else's.
